30-day return window
Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item by contacting [email protected]. Include your order number and the reason for the return. Please obtain authorization and return instructions before sending your chair.
Change-of-mind returns
For ordinary change-of-mind returns, the chair must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. Please package the chair carefully for its return journey.
Damage, defects or an incorrect item
If your item arrives damaged, is defective or is not the item ordered, contact us with your order number and details. Photographs can help us assess the issue. We will provide instructions for resolution. Ordinary unused and original-packaging conditions do not restrict claims for damage, defects or our shipping error.
Return shipping and fees
We cover return shipping for our error, a damaged item or a defect. Customers pay return shipping for a change of mind, including the return journey to France. There is no restocking fee.
