Payment authorization
By submitting payment through an available payment method, you authorize payment of the displayed total using that method and confirm you are entitled to use it. Payment remains subject to the relevant payment provider’s processing and authorization.
Order acceptance
Submitting an order or authorizing payment does not itself constitute our acceptance of the order. An order is accepted when we issue an order confirmation. If there is an issue with your order or payment, contact customer service for assistance.

Delivery is available only within the area described in our Shipping Policy. All eligible orders ship free. Handling is estimated at 1–2 business days and transit at 3–4 business days after dispatch. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Review our Shipping Policy for the fixed cutoff and non-business-day rules.
Returns and refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy sets out the 30-day return window, return conditions, authorization process, responsibility for return shipping and refund timing. There is no restocking fee. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
